Spring Time Birthday

Made a sinful Steamed Double Chocolate cake with Chocolate cream and covered it with mashmallow fondant for a birthday boy or rather birthday man. Decorated it with bumble bees, lady bugs and of course flowers... It just screams Spring Time doesn't it! Happy Birthday.

Did these mini egg tarts yesterday. New recipe... Melt in the mouth texture with the richness of egg and milk in the middle... My own daughters snapped up 6 each once the tray came out of the oven...got to stop them before they wipe out everything before I got the chance to take this photo... haha...

They may look huge here but they are actually only about 2 inches wide each.

Join us, for some fun-filled and happiness inducing baking lessons. Our classes are conducted with the aim of allowing your child to learn through play, have loads of fun.

Class : Cupcake with Fondant Decoration (No baking)
Date : 22 or 23 November 2008
Time : 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm
Venue : Yew Mei Green
Amount : S$30 per kid (For 7-10 years old)

Class : Crunchy Christmas Cookies with Icing Decoration
Date : 29 November or 1 December 2008
Time : 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm

All classes are bake from scratch classes, duration are approx 2hrs, depending on individual’s speed.
